Grandma Mabel was always a little heavier on the cinnamon and nutmeg and that is what I love about this blend. Just that hint of buttery, flaky crust with freshly sliced and heavily spiced apples. Nutmeg and cinnamon and sugar just melting in your mouth in this straight-from-the-oven favorite.

~ CP Soap - Tested at .7oz PPO. Thickened (but did not seize). I suspect it will accelerate, possibly seize, at temps above 85 and/or with the use of sodium lactate. Discoloration: This one dang near gave me a heart attack!! As I mixed it in, the soap turned pink! It eventually turned a deep, reddish pink. It has now turned a tan color (WHEW!!!). Final discoloration: dark tan. I can smell the lemon and the cookie scent.
